Hatha Yoga 🧘‍♂️

Hatha Yoga is often considered the foundation of many yoga styles. It primarily focuses on the basics and is great for beginners. Incorporating postures (asanas) and breathing exercises (pranayama), Hatha Yoga aims to align and calm the body, mind, and spirit in preparation for meditation. Its practice helps in enhancing flexibility, strength, and balance while also promoting inner peace and relaxation.

Vinyasa Yoga 🌊

Often referred to as "flow yoga," Vinyasa Yoga is characterized by stringing postures together so that one moves seamlessly from one to another, synchronized with the breath. Derived from ancient yoga teachings, Ashtanga Yoga involves a specific sequence of postures and is similar to Vinyasa Yoga in its synchronized breath movement. It's rigorous and offers a series of poses, each held for a specific number of breaths. Ashtanga is great for building core strength and toning the body.
